三文魚番薯米糊(8-12months) Salmon Sweet Potato Rice Cereal
材料:
三文魚 ............................................... 30克
番薯 .................................................. 40克
西蘭花 ............................................... 15克
已熟米糊 ......................................... 120克
Ingredients:
Salmon ............................................... 30g
Sweet potato ....................................... 40g
Broccoli ............................................... 15g
Cooked rice cereal ............................ 120g
步驟:
1) 番薯去皮切成小粒;西蘭花洗淨切碎。
2) 三文魚去皮去骨,用紙巾抹乾水份。
3) 將番薯放入蒸籠蒸煮5分鐘。
4) 加入三文魚及西蘭花,蒸煮10分鐘。
5) 三文魚先搗碎,然後將所有材料打勻至中粗糊狀即成。
Steps:
1) Peel and chop the sweet potato. Wash and chop the broccoli.
2) Peel, bone and dry the salmon.
3) Steam the sweet potato for 5 mins.
4) Add salmon and broccoli, steam for 10 mins.
5) Rub the salmon, and blend all ingredients to medium thick.

迷你粟米青椒肉餅(12-18 months) Mini Corn Meat Green Pepper Pie
材料:
粟米 .................................................1湯匙
免治豬肉 ........................................... 40克
麵粉 .................................................1湯匙
青椒 .................................................. 10克
蛋汁 .................................................1湯匙
鹽 .......................................................少許
Ingredients:
Corn ................................................. 1tbsp
Minced pork ........................................40g
Flour ................................................ 1tbsp
Green pepper .....................................10g
Egg sauce ........................................ 1tbsp
Salt ..................................................... few
步驟:
1) 青椒切成小粒。
2) 將粟米、豬肉及青椒混合拌勻,加入鹽調味。
3) 加入麵粉及蛋汁,拌勻至起膠備用。
4)將肉餅放入平底鍋,煎至熟透金黃色即可。
Steps:
1) Chop the green pepper.
2) Stir mix the corn, pork and green pepper, seasoning with salt.
3) Add flour and egg sauce, mix all until it forms a paste.
4) Pan-fried the meat pie until golden.

金菇彩椒南瓜濃湯(18-24 months) Pumpkin Soup with Enoki Mushroom and Peppers
材料:
南瓜粒 ............................................. 160克
麵粉 .................................................1湯匙
紅椒、黃椒、金菇 ..........................各10克
牛肉碎 ............................................... 40克
牛奶 ................................................. 1/2杯
鹽 .......................................................少許
Ingredients:
Diced pumpkin ..................................160g
Flour ................................................ 1tbsp
Red pepper, yellow pepper, enoki mushroom .................................10g
Chopped beef .....................................40g
Milk ................................................ 1/2cup
Salt ..................................................... few
步驟:
1) 將南瓜粒煮至軟腍。
2) 將南瓜連水倒入攪拌機,加入麵粉及牛奶打勻。
3) 將南瓜糊倒入鍋中煮沸,以鹽調味後倒至碗中備用。
4) 將紅椒、黃椒及金菇切成小粒。
5) 加熱平底鍋,倒入少許油,加入牛肉、紅黃椒及金菇碎粒。煮熟後,放上南瓜湯即成。
Steps:
1) Cook the diced pumpkin until soft.
2) Pour pumpkin with water into mixer, blend with flour and milk.
3) Cook the pumplin puree, seasoning with salt. Reserve.
4) Chop the peppers and enoki mushroom.
5) Heat the pan, add a little of oil. Cook the chopped beef, peppers and enoki mushroom. Put them over the pumpkin soup.
