紅蘿蔔菠菜雞粥
材料:
免治雞肉 60克
白粥 1杯
紅蘿蔔 2湯匙
菠菜 2湯匙
做法:
1. 先將750毫升的水用猛火煮沸後,加入珍珠米於沸水中,再煮滾;將火調校至中度,煲蓋打開,慢慢煮約1小時至米成稠即成。
2. 把紅蘿蔔切碎,煮至柔軟,再攪拌成蓉待用。
3. 把菠菜煮至柔軟,再攪拌成蓉待用。
4. 把白粥及雞肉放至小鍋煮至熟透。
5. 把紅蘿蔔及菠菜蓉倒進雞粥內即成。
小貼士:
先把紅蘿蔔去皮待用。

Chicken, carrot & spinach congee
Stuffs :
Minced chicken 60 g
Carrot 2 tbsp
Plain congee 1 cup
Spinach 2 tbsp
Method :
1. Cook water(750ml) with high heat until boil, put 1/4 cup rice into hot water, boil again.Reduce to medium heat, simmer, uncovered, about 1 hour or until rice broken & thick.
2. Boil or steam carrot until tender; drain. Blend or process carrot until smooth.
3. Boil spinach until tender; drain. Blend or process spinach until smooth.
4. Put congee & chicken in small saucepan until cooked through.
5. Pour carrot puree & spinach puree into chicken congee.Serve warm.
Tips:
Peeled carrot before using.
