肉碎豆粥
材料:
免治豬肉 80克
粥 1杯
青豆 3湯匙
做法:
1. 先將750毫升的水用猛火煮沸後,加入珍珠米於沸水中,再煮滾;將火調校至中度,煲蓋打開,慢慢煮約1小時至米成稠即成。
2. 把青豆煲30秒,隔水待用,然後將之攪拌成蓉待用。
3. 把粥及肉煮熟。
4. 把豆蓉放進粥內即可食用。
小貼士:
粥煮成後應攤涼才給寶寶食用。

Pork with pea congee
Stuffs :
Minced pork 80 g
Plain congee 1 cup
Pea 3 tbsp
Method :
1. Cook water(750ml) with high heat until boil, put 1/4 cup rice into hot water, boil again. Reduce to medium heat, simmer, uncovered, about 1 hour or until rice broken & thick.
2. Boil pea for 30 second; drain, cool. Mash & filter pea until smooth.
3. Put congee & pork in small saucepan until cooked through.
4. Pour pea into pork congee. Serve warm.
Tips:
Congee keeping warm is more suitable for baby feeding.
