自製懷孕49道巧手小菜
檸檬魚柳配青豆醬
材料:
龍脷魚柳 2片
磨碎檸檬皮 3湯匙
新鮮檸檬汁 4湯匙
芫荽碎 3湯匙
鹽 1/4茶匙
辣椒粉 少許
洋葱切粒 1碗
雞湯 4湯匙
解凍青豆 1杯
葵花子 4湯匙
鹽及胡椒粉 少許
青豆醬 少許
做法:
1. 先將檸檬皮、檸檬汁、芫荽碎、鹽及辣椒粉在碗內拌勻。
2. 將檸檬皮混合物塗在魚柳底面。
3. 用中火將2湯匙橄欖油落鑊,將魚柳煎熟約5分鐘。
4. 將洋葱炒至軟身,加入青豆、雞湯、青豆醬、葵花子、鹽及胡椒粉煮3分鐘。
5. 將青豆混合物淋在魚柳上即可享用。

魚柳含豐富蛋白質,容易消化及吸收,孕婦吃後更健康。
龍脷魚柳 2片

Lemon fish with puree of sweet peas
Stuffs :
fish fillets 2 pcs
finely minced lemon rind 3 tbsp
fresh lemon juice 4 tbsp
chopped fresh parsley 3 tbsp
salt 1/4 tsp
cayenne pinch
onion, coarsely chopped 1 cup
chicken stock 4 tbsp
frozen sweet peas, defrosted 1cup
sunflower seeds 4 tbsp
salt and white pepper pinch
peas puree pinch
Method :
1. Mix together minced lemon rind, lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt and cayenne.
2. Rub fish fillets with lemon rind mixture.
3. Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat, pan fry fish fillets for 5 minutes until done.
4. Put onion until tender, add chicken stock, peas, sunflower seeds, salt and pepper, pea puree cook for 3 minutes.
5. Pour sweet peas mixture over cooked fish and serve warm.
Tips:
Fish is abundance of protein, easy for digest and absorb, make much more healthies.
