青瓜雞肉薯蓉
材料:
雞胸肉 1塊
青瓜 2片
薯仔 1個
做法:
1. 青瓜去皮、切粒,煮熟。
2. 把雞胸肉剁碎,再煮熟。
3. 薯仔去皮,煮至蓉狀。
4. 加入青瓜粒及雞肉碎,即可食用。

Cucumber and Chicken Breast Potato Puree
Ingredients:
Chicken breast 1 pc
Cucumber 2 pcs
Potato 1 pc

1. Peel off and dice cucumber. Cook it.
2. Mince chicken breast and cook it.
3. Peel off potato and cook it until mushy.
4. Add in diced cucumber and minced chicken breast.
