芝士沙甸魚醬脆餅
材料:
油浸沙甸魚 1小罐
洋葱 1/4個
小酸瓜 2條
巴馬芝士碎 2湯匙
番茜碎 適量
克力架餅或脆多士 隨意
調味料:
法式蛋黃醬 4湯匙
檸檬汁 2茶匙
鹽 適量
黑椒碎 適量
做法:
1. 洋葱切碎,以清水浸5分鐘後瀝乾,待用。
2. 小酸瓜切成幼粒,待用。
3. 沙甸魚開罐,瀝去油份。
4. 把沙甸魚去骨後撕碎。
5. 將沙甸魚碎、洋葱碎、酸瓜粒放入碗中,加入調味料拌勻。
6. 加入芝士碎拌勻後放小碗中,灑上番茜碎,以克力架餅或脆多士伴食。
小貼士:
保留沙甸魚骨一同享用,可增加鈣質吸收。
Parmesan Cheese Sardine Spread with Cream Crackers
Ingredients:
Sardines in oil 1 small can
Onion 1/4 pc.
Pickled gherkin 2 pcs.
Parmesan cheese powder 2 tbsp.
Chopped parsley sutibale
Cream crackers or toasts sutibale
Seasoning:
Mayonnaise 4 tbsp.
Lemon juice 2 tsp.
Salt sutibale
Ground black pepper sutibale
Method:
1. Chop up the onion, soak in water for 5 minutes and drain well.
2. Finely dice the gherkins. Set aside.
3. Drain off the oil from the sardines.
4. Remove the bones from the sardines and smash them up.
5. Mix the sardines, onion, gherkin with the seasoning until well combined.
6. Sprinkle with the cheese and place in a serving bowl, garnish with parsley and serve with cream crackers or toasts.
